Andrea is our EVP of Marketing & Talent Solutions. She has over 25 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and promotions and has an extensive background in brand building, strategic planning and execution of integrated advertising and promotional programs in national, regional and local markets.

Prior to Freeman+Leonard, Andrea worked at Tracy Locke, DDB Dallas and The Integer Group. She was also a founding board member of the Integer Superstar and the Integer University training program initiatives. At Freeman+Leonard, Andrea helped launch the Game Changers and Growth Strategies consultant initiatives, developed a standardized employee onboarding and training program and oversees the social and digital marketing efforts.

She continually works to improve workflow process and, Client resources and services, while ensuring the talent solutions team consistently identify and develop top talent in the marketing, and communications field.
Andrea has a B.A. in journalism from the University of North Texas.
