Carolina brings two decades of experience in communications and advertising, with a career that started in NYC and later brought her to Atlanta. She’s held senior roles in business development, sales, and public relations—partnering with both local and national brands to lead digital, print, radio, and sponsorship campaigns.

She’s also no stranger to media placement, new business development, and building successful go-to-market strategies. Her resume includes some of the most respected names in the business: Weber Shandwick, TCS, Catapult, iHeartMedia, and Variety.

As a seasoned marketing and media pro, Carolina knows this world from the inside—and that’s exactly what makes her such a valuable asset to our clients and talent.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated community volunteer, serving with CASA, the Alliance Theater, Junior League of Atlanta, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the American Cancer Society. She’s a proud alum of UNC Greensboro.
